1. What SpaAI is

SpaAI is a subscription tool for vendors who sell services to New York City public schools. It provides:

• A directory of NYC public schools, including publicly listed main-office contact information
• Fit scoring that estimates which schools are a likely match for the services you offer
• A call log for recording who you spoke to and what was said
• Drafting assistance for call scripts and outreach copy

SpaAI is a record-keeping and research tool. It does not contact schools on your behalf.

2. SpaAI does not place calls or send messages

You place your own calls, from your own phone, in your own name. SpaAI displays a phone number and lets you record what happened afterward. It does not dial, auto-dial, leave voicemails, send text messages, or send email on your behalf.

Because you are the caller, you are responsible for complying with the laws that govern your calls. That includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, New York State telemarketing rules, and any do-not-call obligations that apply to you.

SpaAI has no SMS program. No text messages are sent by this service. If that changes, a separate disclosure will be published before any message is sent, and consent will be collected where the law requires it.

3. No call recording

SpaAI does not record audio. What is stored is what you type: the outcome you select, the name of the person you spoke to, and any notes you enter. If audio recording is ever added, it will be disclosed before it is enabled.

4. Where the school data comes from

School names, addresses, districts, and main-office telephone numbers are drawn from public sources published by the City and State of New York, including NYC Open Data and the New York City Department of Education's published school directories.

This is public institutional contact information for schools, not personal contact information for individuals. It is provided as a convenience and is not guaranteed to be current. Schools change staff, numbers, and leadership frequently. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. One subscription is for one vendor organization. Do not share access outside your organization, and do not resell, export in bulk, or redistribute the school directory.

6. Your data stays yours

Your call logs, notes, campaigns, and scripts belong to you. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with other subscribers. You can export or delete them at any time.

7. AI-generated content

SpaAI uses AI to draft scripts and outreach copy and to score fit. That output is a starting point, not advice. It can be wrong. Read anything before you say it or send it, and check any factual claim it makes about a school, a program, or a requirement.

8. What we do not promise

SpaAI does not guarantee that you will reach anyone, win any business, or that any school will respond. Fit scores are estimates. Contact data may be out of date. The service is provided as is.

9. Payment and cancellation

Subscriptions bill in advance for the period you select. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not prorate partial periods.

10. Ending access

We may suspend or end access for non-payment, for sharing or reselling the directory, or for use that is unlawful or that puts schools or other subscribers at risk. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why first.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, subscribers will be notified before the change takes effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
