What we collect

Your account. Name, email address, business name, and the services you offer. You give us this when you sign up.

Your work in the app. Call logs, notes, campaigns, scripts, and saved lists. This is created by you as you use SpaAI.

Basic usage data. Sign-in times and error reports, used to keep the service running.

We do not collect your contacts, your email, your calendar, or anything from your phone. SpaAI has no access to your phone system.

School information in the directory

The school directory contains institutional information — school names, addresses, districts, main-office telephone numbers, and the name and title of the principal of record. It comes from public sources published by the City and State of New York.

This is published information about public institutions and the people who lead them in their official capacity. It is not gathered from private sources, purchased from data brokers, or assembled from personal records.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your call logs, notes, or campaigns with other subscribers or with anyone else. We do not use your notes to train AI models.

Third parties

SpaAI runs on Supabase for database and authentication, and uses Anthropic's API to generate scripts and scoring. Text you submit for AI assistance is sent to Anthropic to produce a response. Do not paste anything into those fields that you would not want leaving your own systems.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

Security

Access is protected by authentication, and your records are isolated to your account. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you.

How long we keep things

Your data is kept while your account is active. If you cancel, you can export it. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your choices

You can view, export, correct, or delete your account data at any time. Email us and we will action it.
